Rental Responsibility

When renting equipment from Eventerience, the renter is responsible for returning all items in the same condition in which they were received. Any damaged, lost, or missing items will be charged based on the current market value at the time of the incident. We cannot guarantee a fixed replacement cost in advance.

The renter is also responsible for ensuring that all equipment is handled with care and used appropriately under normal conditions. In case of any issues or suspected faults, Eventerience must be contacted immediately.
